I have had my 2006 Pathfinder to this dealership several times and have had nothing but pleasant experances each time. The service writer, Bruce, has always been friendly and helpful. Jon has found me in the lounge when he's been reparing my car a d has spent 5 to 15 minutes with me answering questions and making suggestions on repairs. I have told them that I plan on driving my pathfinder long into my retirement,and with the excellent quality of their work and their willingness to share info with me so I can tackle some repairs myself [I'm a retired mechanic] this will be my one and only Nissan dealership as long as I am able to continue driving! More
I can tell you up front that I am the worlds toughest customer and have really high expectations for customer service. I have been wowed and impressed by Coon Rapids Nissan and them standing behind the customer and have really high expectations for customer service. I have been wowed and impressed by Coon Rapids Nissan and them standing behind the vehicles they have sold. I bought a 2009 Nissan Quest back in April and I have been having some recent difficulty. Despite the fact that my vehicle is out of warranty and the items I am having issues with are not covered under my extended warranty, Scott has gone above and beyond to resolve them while at the same time helping me out with other considerations. Without hesitation, I will look to purchase my next vehicle here. It is one thing to be great at Point of Sale time, but to make sure your customers stay happy is IMPRESSIVE. My great experience began from the minute I purchased the vehicle! Also, kudos to Bruce. When I initially brought the vehicle in, I could not duplicate the problems. Bruce shared with me that he would "rather earn my money than take it" and if he did the diagnostics, at then ed of the day the only result would be me being out of pocket $100+ dollars. Coon Rapids Nissan has great hours and they have a shuttle service to get you where you need to go while you wait.
