I was surprised that an alignment wasn't part of the price quoted for my new tires. They did fix my gas cap but the plastic piece that covers the driver's side seat controls (lower left) was pulled off price quoted for my new tires. They did fix my gas cap but the plastic piece that covers the driver's side seat controls (lower left) was pulled off and I can't get it back into place - I am assuming that was part of the gas cap control replacement. I also had a 7:00 a.m. appointment (I arrived early and was the first one in the door) and it took 2 1/2 hours so that was a little disappointing - I would have preferred to know the amount of time it was going to take beforehand because I wouldn't have stayed at the dealership and I ended up late for work. Other than that all other work I have had at the dealership has been good. (I.e. oil changes) More
