Unfortunately, right now I can't afford to get the work done, but I will hopefully get it fixed later this summer or early fall before the next winter. The mechanics did a superb job in spotting 3 separate AT/oil cooler lines that are leaking during their multi-point inspection. Chad took the time to call and check if my warranty covered the replacement of these hoses and called me back today with a quick and thorough answer and we scheduled a return time for my car to be fully repaired. The excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. More

I found the error in The sales tax error and it took no time for Ken to agree that someone made an error. The problem was that it took over two hours for someone to bone up on the double charge in sales tax. Vehicle was to be picked up 1pm. We did not leave dealership until 4:45. Vehicle was not washed. Much of the black trim was coated with dirt even after it was returned for another washing. More
