Dropped vehicle off late afternoon because I had a 7:15 AM appointment for the following morning. Service writer was pleasant and contacted me 45 minutes later to inform they had already changed the oil an AM appointment for the following morning. I was very excited to purchase my dream vehicle. A 2025 Chevy Trail Boss, that was used. The sale took til after dark. The next day in the day light I took a good look at my purchase. I found three items that I contacted my salesman about; drivers door weather strip was torn, jack was missing a hold down bolt and the window tinting had a razor blade gouge in it from removal of the window sticker. After some back and forth. He relayed to me that Management would be contacting me. I have never heard from the Management. It’s very disappointing that such a well known dealership group treats their customers this way. More
