Unhappy customer We had never had a good experience here but thought we would give it a try again. When we first walked in we met a nice guy but he was already with another couple so he asked Xavier to grab the car we were looking to buy for a test drive. Xavier was nice and friendly. As we went for a drive and came back Xavier was no longer available and then we were partnered up with Jessica/Jennifer. That’s when it all went down hill. We knew the car was not in great condition as when we drove it there were bugs and stuck everywhere on the car inside and outside. But we just thought it’s okay they’ll clean it if we buy it. As we sat down to prepare our paper work and waiting for one of the managers to come talk to us about the pice for trading our 2018 Honda odyssey Jessica came back and said “ He’s said he’s too busy to come talk to you guys over here so he just told me to tell you the price” then she goes on and said “I’m not going to go back over there to ask him to see if he can give you guys a better deal cause I know what he’s going to say already, he’s going to say that’s what he can give you that’s it.” But we saw managers talking other groups but we were not important enough for them to follow their own process. As we were getting a bitter taste in our mouths we decided to leave and not make the deal. Jessica said “it’s okay if you want to take your business elsewhere, but I just have to go talk to my manager before you guys leave (same manager that did not want to talk to us).” She came back and said “will if you guys don’t buy this car now we have someone that is coming in now to buy this car.” My husband was already fed us with this manager and the sales lady so we just got up and left. As we were leaving we heard her say to that same manger “ yup I said that someone else was coming for this car and they still just left.” We ignored it and went straight to our car. As I got into the car I hear a voice yelling my name. It was the nice guy that talked to us when we walked in. He asked “what happen?” I told him my husband was upset at the sales lady because she continued to tell us that they didn’t need to sale this car and that we can take our business elsewhere. He eventually got us to go back inside but while we were waiting we decided we would never come back here and even if we liked the car we rather take our business elsewhere to a friendlier place. We felt judged by our appearances by the sales lady and the manager. We are also customers who are spending a large amount a money and we do not need to be treated this way. We will never return and will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
