Only have problems with service manager Brought truck in because the bumper was crooked. Was first told that it wasn’t but then was told that I need an appointment to straighten it out. Made appointment in because the bumper was crooked. Was first told that it wasn’t but then was told that I need an appointment to straighten it out. Made appointment and took time off work. When I got there he said it could not be fixed in there service department and told me to go somewhere else . It is not a difficult repair so I find it hard to believe they don’t have a set of wrenches in the shop. Lost work and I will fix the brand new 65000 dollar truck on my own. More
