I've had 2 appointments now where I was denied any sort of diagnostic service which was the main reason for visits. I waited 4 hours in the lobby to be told that diagnostics can't be done due to internet b of diagnostic service which was the main reason for visits. Had my truck in 2x for transmission issue. I have Been charged $420 in diagnostics fees within 3 weeks and still not fixed. I even pay for a warranty I bought with my truck. Was told there was nothing that could be done cause you can't figure out the problem. What's the point of a warranty if you are not capable of diagnosing the issue with my vehichal and charge me for that? More
