When asked about another vehicle we were interested in at a nearby dealership was told by management that Walser does not have a good relationship with them to trade. Come to find out an acquaintance leased a car from Walser the same day that we purchased ours and it was a dealer trade from the same nearby dealership that we inquired about. That tells us that management only wanted to sell what they had on the lot and we were limited to colors and options to what they had. If we wanted more options (second row buckets vs bench seating) or a different color we would have walked. More
