I told them about my brakes squeaking since my truck is new and also that they stick some. I live 100 miles away and wanted this fixed. For over a $100 for a regular oil change and not even a tire rotation no I wasn’t pleased. The service was ok still took over 2 hours the time before last. I mean if valvoline or jiffy can do it in 15 the tire rotation no I wasn’t pleased. The service was ok still took over 2 hours the time before last. I mean if valvoline or jiffy can do it in 15 the Chevy dealer should be able to do just an oil change in a hour tops. That day they didn’t even wash the truck kind of a joke. More
Well, you all are really great, however, maybe vehicles shouldn't be shipped between dealers. Here's why, in all honestly, we should've turned around immediately. When we entered 35E south, the car had the roughest ride ever. Think of going over railroad crossings continually, at 70 mph. This drive also reminded me of Bar Rescue, and how vigorously drinks are shaken. It felt like we were getting the snot shaken out of us. We had to stop after a while because I was getting sick. I took over driving and my husband was checking things out, then all of a sudden I hear something like air being let out of something metal. Gary said, there's the problem. He called it an aftermarket air lift suspension. We bought it on Jan/24th. It hasn't been driven since we got home. It went up on the 12th of Feb and I haven't seen it since. I seriously don't know how anyone could miss that. Especially with the remote for this suspension system wired right through the cubby in front of the stick shift. That's why I think cars should stay where they were brought in. They were scrambling on this one. It's Sunday 2/22, hopefully this week🤞🏼 Thanks Emily!! More
