Sick Cruze I recently brought my 2016 Cruze end for service because it was running poorly and the check engine light was on. Long story short, all four Pistons needed to be replaced. Jeff sent me on my way with a rental car and proceeded to arrange for my car to be fixed. He kept me informed through the whole process it was a great help in explaining the process impossible reasons why this happened. More

Unfriendly staff. Long wait. I was not greeted with friendly manner at all. I had an appointment and the man at the desk did not look up but said “If I start this I am going to ge I was not greeted with friendly manner at all. My car was sitting out front for a while and no one came to get me as they said they would. So I went out front to pay and the cashier said they just finished. I knew that was not true because I had seen my car sitting there. Then I had to come back in to have them turn off the maintenance light. Not a big deal but I already felt I had been there too long since I was told it would take a hour. More

Frustrating, they dont listen to customers. I went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and balenced, i told the guy who took my keys twice! I do not want wheel weights on the outsi I went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and balenced, i told the guy who took my keys twice! I do not want wheel weights on the outside of my wheels(this should be standard) aluminum wheels will corode because disimilar metals do that. It was apparently the end of his shift and he tossed the keys to a diffrent guy and told him to do an oil change balance and rotate, and obvuously already forgot about my 2 time request to not have wheel weights on the outer side of my wheels, because I now have weights on the outside of my wheels. Ill drive an extra 15 min. To merit chev from now on because this isnt the first time I have left feeling frustrated. More
