Fixing a little dent on drivers door on new truck. After buying 2 new vehicles (18 equinox and Silverado ( demo )with a few miles on there was a little dent on driver door they said they would fix. Ok, not great Mixed feelings. I bought a used vehicle. Price was fair. Was going to check out another place before I bought as I did not like a couple of blemishes. Mixed feelings. Salesman said he could get them to fix them if I bought that day. I agreed and bought it. They fixed one thing but not the other. I asked the sales guy and he said they could not fix it. I told him I would return it. He then had me call the sales manager who eventually agreed to have it done. Don in detailing was great and helpful and took care of it. I noticed after buying that the antenna was missing. Called the sales guy who said it should be in the glove box. It was not and the salesman did nothing to take care of it. When I went in to get the other thing fixed I stopped into parts and asked the guy. He was great, and found me one happily, and with no charge. I would go back to this dealer but will not work with that salesman again. His priority was the sale, not the customer.... More

Service Rep was not very knowledgeable I went in to have my 2017 chevy express van checked because it had a leaky roof. they fixed that, but when I asked them about the windshield wiper fa I went in to have my 2017 chevy express van checked because it had a leaky roof. they fixed that, but when I asked them about the windshield wiper fast speed setting was not working he said it was because the windshield was dry. So I turned the windshield washer on and the wipers went the same speed even on the fast setting. The windshield washer has a low and high speed setting on the switch. My coworker has the exact same van and his works just fine. The service rep did not know what he was talking about. I have never driven a new vehicle without a high speed wiper setting. I thought that was as standard as standard equipment is. Its like buying a vehicle without a steering wheel He does not even know what the standard equipment is on his vehicles he services. Now every time it rains hard I have to pull over and wait for the storm to pass. More
