Traverse starting issues my 2010 Chevy Traverse has had issues with starting for 2-3 months before i brought it into Polar Chev. they first replaced the fuse block thinking th my 2010 Chevy Traverse has had issues with starting for 2-3 months before i brought it into Polar Chev. they first replaced the fuse block thinking that was the problem, it wasn't. next day it didn't stat again. they had the Traverse at their shop for 2 weeks and came down to the Onstar module was bad. low cost to bypass the Onstar module but then you lose your Bluetooth function which was not explained to me up front. I feel if your Onstar module goes bad, this should be covered under a special warranty for a safety reason. what happens if you out on the road and Onstar doesn't work. it's worthless to have it then. I worked directly with the service tech who was very understanding during this time. we spoke daily during this time. More

Parts Department I recently had to replace my 5.3 LS engine in my 2008 Suburban. A task I have never done before and still decided to tackle the job on my own. Eac I recently had to replace my 5.3 LS engine in my 2008 Suburban. A task I have never done before and still decided to tackle the job on my own. Each time I came to the parts department, Nick was able to give me what I needed with expert advice on how to install or continue on the process of replacing this engine. On my last trip in, I needed to understand the wiring for the oil pressure sensor. Nick and I were discussing the situation and my mistake that caused me to have to replace it. When John, Service Mechanic over heard us talking. John understood my situation and took me into service area where he went online and found the wiring schematics. He printed a couple sheets for me, explained in detail what I needed to do and sent me on my way. It is this type of service by Nick and John that will keep me coming back when I need parts. But more importantly, at a time when I have lost confidence in Chevrolet due to the 5.3 LS engine is known to have issues around 150,000 miles, it is great to have knowledgeable and customer focused folks at your local dealership. It is this type of service that makes me want to buy another Chevrolet when the time comes. Thanks Nick and John for all the help! More

Left the Oil Cap Off, did not rotate tires as ordered. I was in for a routine oil change today. The technician left my oil cap off and left the hood partly ajar due to the cap sitting near the hood latchi I was in for a routine oil change today. The technician left my oil cap off and left the hood partly ajar due to the cap sitting near the hood latching system. Oil was sprayed all over my engine. One of my tires read 42 pounds. Tires were not rotated. The hubcaps were incorrectly fastened to my tires so that the valve stems were jammed underneath and breaking off on 3 of the tires. YOU DO NOT WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! More
