First thing, we had an appointment to come purchase the vehicle, And the guy we had the appointment with also was dealing with five other sales at the same time, wow there were many other salesman in the s vehicle, And the guy we had the appointment with also was dealing with five other sales at the same time, wow there were many other salesman in the sales area standing around doing nothing. We were not haggling any pricing or anything. We just wanted to sign papers and get out of there. It still took three hours. We were also told we could get a hitch receiver cover for the bumper plate for $49. Now they're telling us it's $150. Also, as soon as we drove off the lot, the check engine light came on and many of the electronics on the vehicle have issues. There was a recall that was supposed to take care of them. My wife went back to the dealer and sat there for a few more hours to get the recall, taken care of. To find out that the check engine light came right back on with the same issues. And we're still waiting to hear back on a resolution. I have reached out a few times now. More
