INCREDIBLE, the got me scheduled in a fair amount of time, when i dropped off my loaner truck was ready with full tank of gas, probably took a whole 5 min. Midafternoon i recived my detailed video with time, when i dropped off my loaner truck was ready with full tank of gas, probably took a whole 5 min. Midafternoon i recived my detailed video with what was wrong and when i should expect truck to be finished then the service tech called to follow up and asked if i had any questions. Next day they called at 12 pm 6 hours ahead of schedule!! Thank u. I was able to leave work filled up loaner, signed paperwork and was out of dealership in again 5 min. Many thanks to all, i had high praises for sales but i see its also the service dept! This dealership is my #1, i drive an hr from my house and pass about 4 chevy dealerships because of how im treated!! Thank u Polar Chevy More
