I bought extended warranty coverage with them when I bought my Ford Expedition from this location and the Ford now needs to have it’s transmission fixed which would be covered under this extended warran bought my Ford Expedition from this location and the Ford now needs to have it’s transmission fixed which would be covered under this extended warranty but because one of the people in Service at Chevy who saw our car sent us to Ford to get it fixed stating that they cannot fix it there at Chevy. The extended warranty needs to have Chevy release the claim to actually cover the repair that needs to be done on the Transmission at Ford due to the car being bought originally at Chevy and not at a Ford location. I and the people from Ford have been trying to reach a service manager to do this for more than a week now. There has been terrible service from front end to the service manager level. The guy I spoke with at Chevy who supposedly took my detailed message did relay a message to the service manager who was supposed to call me back with an update to the extended warranty claim release but the service manager stated he wasn’t calling about that since the message he was left by someone was “a sticky note with this phone number and to call them back”. The service manager told me they would call me back with an update to the release of the claim for the extended warranty to Ford and after they speak with Ford, but they haven’t contacted me or Ford back for more than a week. Every time I call to reach a service manager they tell me that he is not answering but they can send a message, or he is in a meeting and cannot answer right now, or he has left for the day. Ford has even expressed that they cannot get a hold of anyone from this dealer and this is NOT normal. I realize now there are more reviews like mine and I should’ve seen that sooner. More

The fact that I have to deal with an AI system that there's no way to get to speak to a person is enough to get me to never come back. For 2 different appointments I had issues with the AI system. Call returned hours later. This second time, the AI system said they didn't have an "autobody" department. I tried to get out of the system to just ask someone if they did autobody work. I was unable to get connected to ask a question. There were only 3 options and "front desk" was not one of them. I finally after 5 minutes of being stuck in this script, called back and selected "front desk". This AI experience was such a terrible "customer service" experience that I have decided to take my vehicle to Classic Collision. BTW, I am an IT professional and am very comfortable with AI. And sometimes you just have to talk to a person. More
