Jake was great to work with. He kept me informed with what was going on and checked in regularly. He also made sure I had a vehicle to use while waiting for my part to show up. It took GM 2 1/2 months to deliver a part for my transmission. The same part that goes into every truck coming off the assembly line. No excuse for that long of a delay, but overall happy with Polar Chev and how they handled it More

Stick with your GM service, they know the vehicles better than the other shops do. I enjoy the video from the tech doing the work, I don't get to see the bottom of my car very often.
