I cracked the radio screen on my wife’s blazer. I called and explained it, ask for a phone quote and was given a price scheduled it for a week and half later the part was never ordered, and the quo I called and explained it, ask for a phone quote and was given a price scheduled it for a week and half later the part was never ordered, and the quote that day was higher, to there credit they did honor the quote over the phone and I really appreciate that.. they ordered the part and called to schedule a week later after they received it… the quality of work is second to none and people are friendly just wish they had a better system for parts and making sure things are there prior to service… I will buy from them again, I do miss the polar people that seem to have left but the new people give great service as well.. Brought an EV in randomly not starting and was told there was nothing wrong with it. After it happened again I had a tow truck come and the second he hooked up a jump pack to it and I'm grounded it, the thin was nothing wrong with it. After it happened again I had a tow truck come and the second he hooked up a jump pack to it and I'm grounded it, the thing fired right up. This led me to do a little digging of my own and I found the negative terminal was comically loose and pulled right off the post with almost zero effort. Tightened it up on my own and now it's working fine. How do you miss that? More
