Was told to bring car in and will get right on it. It took 7 days to look at it so I was without the car for 8 days. I picked up the car and the hood latch alarm went off. Went back today and they It took 7 days to look at it so I was without the car for 8 days. I picked up the car and the hood latch alarm went off. Went back today and they said it was a ‘NEW’ problem. It wasn’t that way when I dropped it off. I’m assuming they must have done something. No offer to fix it. Will never buy (getting ready to replace it with another Tahoe-love the SUV) or service it here. Not the kind of service I am used to. I own a BMW and have owned several Mercedes and Cadillacs. I won’t look at an Escalade down the street at Luther’s now. More
