Thanksgiving Tradition I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 3 pm. Around 4 pm I received a phone call from m I brought my truck in for a routine oil change and tire rotation the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at 3 pm. Around 4 pm I received a phone call from my service advisor Chad letting me know the oil change and rotation were complete. He also informed me that the technicians had found a leak in the trans cooler lines and they needed to be replaced. He told me it was covered under warranty and just needed my consent to swap out the lines. Closing time was 6 pm and I needed my truck back to haul the family 2 hours north, to the grandparents house, for Turkey Day. Somewhat nervous, I told chad to go ahead and get it done . I expected to receive Chads call right at closing time. But, slightly before 530 the call came and sure enough it was ready to be picked up. I am grateful to have had the Walser service team find this leak and get it fixed same day. My family and I are even more grateful that we were able to keep tradition alive, and make it up to the grandparents for Thanksgiving! Thanks again! More

New tires, accessory belt, oil change, alignment Clint did a great job getting organized and having the work done in a day. Good service - poor client database My family owns 4 Chevy vehicles. The Chevy database cannot seem to keep track of which car belongs to which person. Not one of them is right. When I go there they call me Alie, they send Alie my mail and me her mail and they gave my other daughter as the owner of my husbands truck. It’s frustrating.
