My 2014 Silvarafo Truck You have performed all the maintenance on my truck since purchased. Each time it was completed properly and when promised. Your staff (like Jeff and many others) are exceptional, courteous and strive for excellence. Sales staff maybe not so great. I have walked through looking at new trucks and they don't seem to be interested. I even approached.one and explained that I plan to buy a new truck, that mine is in service and to see what he can get for me that is similar. Six months later, nothing. This happened when I purchased my current truck. Sine you have the loaner truck program for service, I liked one of them, approached sales and heard no reply. Next oil change I talked to sales manager and bought my truck that day - it was the loaner truck. Great service except for those incidents. More

I was a little concerned about how things might change with the change of ownership but I'm pleased to say that nothing has changed. In fact, with the move of the Mazda portion of the dealership into it's own space, the service seems faster than ever. Over the years, I've never had a problem with this dealership regarding the service I've had performed on my cars. It's always done earlier than promised, the service is thorough, the prices fair, and the employees friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this dealership for buying and servicing your car. More
