The problem was not fully resolved. The cradle bar was replacement of the bolts did not fix the issue. I bought a 2019 Silverado from them. The day I drove it off the lot I got a check engine light. I brought it back and they fixed the fuel pump. The side panel is now off the truck and somewhere on the freeway because they didn’t replace the bumper clips like they were supposed to. More
Purchased insurance from this dealership when l bought vehicle. Told it would cover 100% for covered part and analysis. Part was covered but nothing else. Dropped truck off to have the yellow bowie switched to the black one they broke my yellow one now no good if I want to put it back on the truck, the black one doesn't fit tight on the chrome. Then I got it home and noticed a big scratch and chip on my passenger Door a New Truck was really pissrd off,, went back talk to Jacob Sperry and Jonathan Sitlet about it they got a detailed to come out thE next day to see if it could be buffed out, he wasn't sure it was kinda deep he sanded it and buffed it it looked ok. I'm sure the clear coat is very thin on that door wasn't to happy about it beaning a new truck and all More

Jake was great to work with. He kept me informed with what was going on and checked in regularly. He also made sure I had a vehicle to use while waiting for my part to show up. It took GM 2 1/2 months to deliver a part for my transmission. The same part that goes into every truck coming off the assembly line. No excuse for that long of a delay, but overall happy with Polar Chev and how they handled it More
