Service writer did not convey my request to the person performing the service. I requested a diagnostic on my radio. The display goes in and out and the sound for my turn signals is not working. The mecha performing the service. I requested a diagnostic on my radio. The display goes in and out and the sound for my turn signals is not working. The mechanic pushed on the display and claimed I need a new radio because the connection is bad between the face and the radio. I don’t believe this this to be the case and I believe there is a loose connection. I have replaced the radio once and if you push on the radio or certain parts of the dash around the radio it seems to connect. Changed me $100 to push on the face of the radio and give me what I believe is the wrong fix. More

Tech did a good job on video for what was done as well as showing tire depth and brake pad measurement. Why did the tech not fill the washer fluid? This is normal anywhere else. The guy that moves cars in and out of the service area and washes vehicles does a poor job of moving the drivers seat massively out of position and doesnt put it back. I am 6’2” and have lots of room for anyone to sit but couldnt believe how far he moved the seat back and down. He did it to every one before even getting inside. Sucks having to move it as much as i had too. More

Set up appointment on Saturday for the following Thursday. Dropped it off on Wednesday night, Thursday morning got a call saying that the technician called in sick and could I leave the truck one mo Thursday. Was offered a rental car because of my 10 extended warranty. I asked why I wasn’t offered a rental car when I made the appointment. I would have had to find a ride back to the dealership.
