Poor communication/performance when I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change. Took over 2 1/2 hours even with an appointment and knew I was waiting. I have usually had a positive experience with servi in for routine oil change. Took over 2 1/2 hours even with an appointment and knew I was waiting. I have usually had a positive experience with service department but this left a bad taste and am questioning whether to continue regular maintenance at the dealership. I went in with the idea of pricing a new set of tires but, didn’t after this experience. I was already late for another appointment. More
