I asked for a key fob for my car because mine was broken. They quoted me $200 which in itself was outrageous. They charge me an extra $85 for a key I did not ask for. I had my car in 3 times for a rotational sound from my tire as I drove, everytime I was diagnosed falsely. They claimed it was my wheel weights hitting my caliper all three times I came in when it turned tire as I drove, everytime I was diagnosed falsely. They claimed it was my wheel weights hitting my caliper all three times I came in when it turned out to be a bolt was missing 9n my caliper and it was hanging and hitting my tire as I drove. A very easy to see issue if the car was on a lift but it was never noticed by Walser and I paid them for a false diagnoses, brought paperwork in to prove it, and they still never refunded me.
