Poor said they lost video of our oil change multi system check and tire rotation. Also did not put oil change sticker on windshield called to talk with service manager today about issues, thought they might check and tire rotation. We have purchased over the years a number of new vehicles. But said they could not do that. And he said they would send a oil sticker, and if I wanted to take my time they would do a multi system check and video it. More
Came in 10 minutes before scheduled time, was promptly met by a staffer who took my keys and prepped the vehicle for service.
