Picked up a suv from you guys a week ago driving it around felt a vibration and noticed the tail light was cracked and full of water. Called my sales guy set up a time to come in. Show up 930 sales tea around felt a vibration and noticed the tail light was cracked and full of water. Called my sales guy set up a time to come in. Show up 930 sales team took my suv at 10 for a test drive felt the same vibration, took it to the shop. 3 hours later asked for an update. Kid with the nose piercing told me they are 'working on it' and that I have factory warranty and should bring it to a dodge dealer to have looked at. Fast forward to 3 in the afternoon. Sitting in the waiting area for five hours someone says my sub is ready. Get in and take off. No information on what work has been done if any. No word on a fix. To top it all off I am short a 1/4 tank my gas mileage went from 18.3 to 16.2 and my eco is of and sport mode is on. Glad you used my suv as a race car! More
