Find and correct Vibration rattle Service Dept unable to find source of the vibration rattle on first visit but did acknowledge hearing the sound . Advised to continue driving and ret Service Dept unable to find source of the vibration rattle on first visit but did acknowledge hearing the sound . Advised to continue driving and return if rattle worsens. Randy Thiesfeld was very patient driving with me to localize the sound. On 2nd visit I was provided a loaner vehicle to allow adequate time to identify and correct the problem. Jeff Soderbeck kept me informed regularly on progress until the problem was identified an a broken part replaced. This eliminated the problem noise.. More
