Oil change Had my 23 year old son bring in our 2008 Chevy Trail Blazer for an oil change yesterday. He had a Walser Polar oil change coupon for around $30.00. On Had my 23 year old son bring in our 2008 Chevy Trail Blazer for an oil change yesterday. He had a Walser Polar oil change coupon for around $30.00. Once they did the work they told him that the code at the bottom of the card they sent to our home was not valid for that vehicle. Never heard of that before. He ended up paying full price. He came home without using it and told me what happened. We have multiple vehicles registered in their system. (4-5) How about saying "Since you brought this card in and it's not valid for this vehicle I'll still make good on it. We appreciate your business..." That would have went a long way and kept a long time customer leaving happy. More

In for oil change Called Jeff Hetrick before coming in. He had me in the computer when I arrived. By the time I was signing the form the car was on its way to service Called Jeff Hetrick before coming in. He had me in the computer when I arrived. Easy Radio fix I changed the battery on my wife's car and found that the radio was " locked". I was told by other people that all that needed to be done was have a c I changed the battery on my wife's car and found that the radio was " locked". I was told by other people that all that needed to be done was have a code entered. I called and was told it would cost about $ 150.00. I can't believe I would be charged that much for a 15min fix. The people were great but the rip off left a bad taste. Please be less greedy on the next person with this problem. More
