Service GREAT product not so much I’ve visited this service center several times - always get top notch service. My Colorado has been a bit of a nightmare - Air conditioning froze up ( I’ve visited this service center several times - always get top notch service. My Colorado has been a bit of a nightmare - Air conditioning froze up (no problem found), no start (“communication” problem), transmission stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear (blown torque converter), and today - remote start doesn’t work and then Low Oil Pressure - STOP VEHICLE and it needs to be towed in. I’d like to have a vehicle I can trust. More

Not great Took my vehicle in because the strip on the roof by the door was coming off and I had a recall in the vehicle. When I pulled in the showed the service Took my vehicle in because the strip on the roof by the door was coming off and I had a recall in the vehicle. When I pulled in the showed the service guy exactly what i was talking about and he no problem should be an an hour. He was right an hour later I get called up by another guy and I look at the summary and it's only the recall. Yep. He didnt even know about the strip so now I have to go back and drop the car off for the entire day. More

Oil Change and Inspection I called with little notice to see if I could get an Oil Change on my 2006 Equinox, I also needed a couple more things looked at. The receptionist was very friendly and professional and was able to get me in right away. When I arrived Rich Worden and another tech greeted me and again were very friendly and professional. He listened closely to my vehicle concerns and was able to help me. After an hour my vehicle was finished. I was told exactly what was done and things that might need attention in the future. I was not pressured to have any thing done immediately. When I went out to my vehicle it had been washed - a very nice touch and surprise. Thank you Walser Polar Chevrolet. Ill be back... More

Failed brakes The vacuum pump on my 2016 GMC Sierra has failed which resulted in no brakes. Pilar was able to get my vehicle into the shop the next day.
