I recently had a concern that my Mazda 3 was leaking oil. I called, and Cheri helped me get an appointment for service and connected me to Mazda Roadside for a tow after determining I should not drive my car I called, and Cheri helped me get an appointment for service and connected me to Mazda Roadside for a tow after determining I should not drive my car. Ed from Roadside picked up my car in 20 minutes and took great care with my car as he hooked it up to his rig. Within 2 hours, Tom called from the Mazda Service department to tell me no problems were found with my car. The three people I interacted with were very helpful, professional, and efficient.
