I had the best experience with Maria. She listened to my requests, she offered the ‘extras’ associated with a car purchase, of which we declined, and still treated us with respect. I did not appreciate the sales manager then highjacking Maria’s sale to try to glean more ‘extra purchases’. THIS is what makes car purchases so anxiety provoking for me and, I presume, others. If a person says No thank you to such things then please respect that. When I am pressed to purchase more (even after we thought the price was negotiated) my response becomes more hostile. Please respect the first answer of No. So, thank you Maria. I told you this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I mean it. You made the experience fun and relaxing.
