I brought my used Subaru (purchased from a different dealer) in for an independent inspection. Walser Subaru was thorough and fair in the evaluation. However, they charged me a $16 shop fee in addition dealer) in for an independent inspection. Walser Subaru was thorough and fair in the evaluation. However, they charged me a $16 shop fee in addition to the $100 inspection fee. Their shop rags must be coated in gold!! Also, they gave me an estimate of $130 to replace 4 burnt out bulbs that cost $2 each and that I replaced myself in 30 minutes. So, a bit overpriced IMO. More
