Not Happy about the $399,00 charge when I viewed my paper work after I got home computer signed on something if sales person would of mentioned I wouldn't of agreed on., as not needed, as I have in paper work after I got home computer signed on something if sales person would of mentioned I wouldn't of agreed on., as not needed, as I have insurance if ever got rear ended. Only extra he mentioned was the savings on oil Change which I agreed to take. . Also was to get follow up call in about 3 days to answer any questions I had. No one called me after a week I had to call walser 3 different times to finally talk to someone who could give me a HALF answer on a important question before I was leaving on a trip to WY.that afternoon. Lady I spoke with had to ask someone else so not knowledgeable as wasn't her department just nice enough to try to help me. Would I recommend walser to friends MAYBE yes but would tell them watch for added fees on paper work before leaving dealership.and no follow up help .by phone when you live a great distance away.
