I felt more comfortable here than any other dealership I went to that day. The staff had advice that showed they cared whether I ended up in the right car for me and not just the most expensive car. I was urgently shopping for a new vehicle after my old vehicle broke down unexpectedly. After browsing around for options online, I called Walser Subaru St. Paul and spoke with Maria who was so incredibly vehicle broke down unexpectedly. After browsing around for options online, I called Walser Subaru St. Paul and spoke with Maria who was so incredibly helpful. We told her we were driving in from out of state, and she promised us she'd hold onto the keys to the Forester we were looking at. Maria told us later she was even ready to fight off a co-worker when she thought he wanted to show our car to someone else. :) I appreciated how supportive Maria was and that she and her team worked hard to get us the best financing rate we've found. My only "complaint" is that we didn't expect the paperwork portion to take as long as it did. However, Maria and the team offered us water, snacks, etc., and kept us updated throughout the wait. They handled everything for us all in one go, so we were able to drive our new car off the lot that night. I'm super grateful for their care and confidence when we were feeling stressed! It's not often that you want to hug your car salesperson, but I had to give Maria a hug after all her efforts for us and ensuring we ended up with a vehicle we loved. She even gave us a follow up call to see how things were going with the car and our personal lives (as we had a lot of time to chat and connect while waiting for the paperwork). I would feel confident recommending any friends or family to purchase a car from them, any time! More
