The service time took 2. 5 hours for a simple oil change and balancing the tires. I did appreciate the thorough inspection and video that was sent with explanations. I sat down to wait and looked at my email and saw the explanation of service and invoice and saw that someone had signed for me at the bottom at the customer signature portion. This is very concerning that I did not see the document until it was signed and in my email - and not signed by me. I believe this is a huge issue that should be rectified within the normal practices. I later asked about it and the employee essentially stated that that isn’t uncommon in service situations where there is less complicated work done. I find it to be not acceptable or okay that my signature was put on a document that I did not read or see. I find it hard to trust the integrity of the work being done here because of that. I really wanted to like it and keep coming back. More
