I was able to get an oil change as soon as I got checked in. I loved the fact that a thirough inspection was done along with a complimentary car wash. Honestly have never had such a great dealership experience! Osica was so helpful, knowledgeable, and endlessly patient as I compared/contrasted different vehicles and packages; ultimately helping m experience! I went into the dealership expecting the classic sales-push tactics of a car dealership, but was so so so blown away by Walser's entire atmosphere: clean, calm, and kind. I didn't feel pressured at all the entire time I was there, and even seeing the interactions between my salesperson and her manager felt absent of the tension I'd anticipate at other dealerships. Truly, cannot recommend highly enough! Thank you Osica and Emerson, and the entire Walser Subaru xx. Paul team! More
