While the sales experience great, the after experience was disappointing with my jeep's issues. Check engine light came on the day after I left the lot. A week later, puddles of oil started leaking. The response time from the service department was unprofessional. Finally, after setting an appointment to have my vehicle looked at, I was told I might have to rent a car. I refused to do so with me just purchasing the jeep. With the rigorous testing that should be done on cars that they are selling, I don't understand how this could happen. I also had to look up my vehicle to see that was a recall due for it. While I appreciate the communication after I got upset and spoke with the GM, why not avoid these situations with better maintenance on vehicles that they are selling and transparent timely communication? Also, offer an apology for the inconvenience of all this! More
