I appreciate their inspection videos and the link to the recommended services/cost per service - this is so helpful if you feel overwhelmed and aren't entirely sure what they're talking about in regards to what needs to be fixed. I once had a bad battery install experience with Batteries + and rolled into the service center to ask for advice and they helped fix my problem immediately with no questions asked and did not make me feel stupid! I leave after every service appointment feeling like I can trust that my vehicle was taken care of and will not set off any warning bells when I drive away! More

Must say that the service arranged by Michael Lopez, a Service Advisor was exceptional indeed. Michael listened and fully explained what was needed to be done to properly service my Subaru. He arranged for a loaner car because the work was going to take some time. Seamless service !! I bought me Subaru from another dealership in the Twin Cities. Based on my experience, I will bring my Subaru to Walser from now on !! More
