I Came in for an oil change (with a coupon) for my 2020 Ascent. Maddie was great, but I was sent out with the recommendation to do another $2100 worth of maintenance on it. “Everything is fine, the car’s i Ascent. Also - I loved the hospitality area - snacks, popcorn, coffee. But I burned my lip on the coffee that the machine produced. It was WAY TOO HOT to be consumed for at least 15 minutes with the lid off and constant stirring. If I had spilled it, I would have been burned elsewhere. Maybe put up a warning sign… More
