Service team was unable to replicate the issue I was having with my 2024 Crosstrek, but they made every possible effort to address it. My previous Subaru, a 2014 Outback with 200,000 miles when I sold it in November, had never been to the shop for anything other than brakes, tires and a battery in the 6+ years that I owned it. More
