Awesome assistance in getting my car caught up with its 60,000 mile check up and overlooked oil change. They even offered a loaner when we discovered I had driven 20,000 miles since my last oil change and 60,000 mile check up and overlooked oil change. They even offered a loaner when we discovered I had driven 20,000 miles since my last oil change and severely needed assistance in getting help for my car and myself to a meeting that afternoon. Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about 50 minutes. So I waited at the dealership. I got a text saying I'd receive a video of the car inspection/work shortly. I Was told it would take about 50 minutes. So I waited at the dealership. I got a text saying I'd receive a video of the car inspection/work shortly. I never got a video and it took double the time to get my car back. It was slightly over 2 hrs with no explanation as to why. When I walked to my car I noticed bright green spray paint on one tire and the rim. I had to ask if it would come off. I shouldn't have to clean it up? Then when I got home I noticed that the tire actually appeared new so I checked the spare and saw that they had put my "used" tire there. I wasn't sure what was going on since my car is brand new. I was wondering if something bad had happened and that's why the service took so long with no communication? I called Kate back the next day and she explained that it's what they normally do. I'm appreciative of the free first 2 oil changes, and Kate was very nice- but I was left feeling like I'd rather just pay and go to Valvoline next time where I can see what's happening to my brand new car. More
