Sure! I would be happy to discuss my concern. So you are aware, I sold cars a few years ago. When the topic of Pulse was brought up I explained to the salesman how much I thought it was an overreach and over priced. It still ended up in my new car and I had no idea until I was emailed the contract after the fact. This is especially important because we were trying to keep our payments under $400 a month and had to put money down to accomplish that. Had the Pulse been removed we might have not needed to add additional monies. If you want to solve the issue… remove Pulse and refund the $399. Really disappointed.
