The whole experience was a pleasure, which I attribute greatly to Mr. AJ Johnson (AJ) the sales representative that assisted me. AJ was very familiar with the Toyota brand, and freely shared his knowledge greatly to Mr. AJ Johnson (AJ) the sales representative that assisted me. AJ was very familiar with the Toyota brand, and freely shared his knowledge of the Tacoma model I was interested in. When I asked if he had time to take me for a test ride he handed me the keys (after collecting my license) and said "take your time". When I returned he met me at the door, and I don't know who had the bigger smile, me or him ;-). AJ led me to his work station to complete the sale, and 20 or so minutes later the vehicle was tagged, washed, and ready to go. I should mention I wan't really prepared to make the purchase that day in that I needed a couple of days to access the funds needed to complete the sale and was actually headed out of town that evening.... After explaining this to AJ he said, "no problem, I can take care of that"! Five minutes later we signed a check hold agreement and he had a check in hand. I've recently retired from over 40 years in a management position and know first hand how challenging it is to find, motivate and retain quality help. Please know that AJ made everything a breeze, and I will be sure to tell anyone I know what a pleasure it was to do business with him and Walser Subaru. Thanks, More

This is my second Outback from Burnsville Subaru. Both experiences have been very good. My previous experience with your shop has been great.
