Great experience. I was pressed for time and my sales person and team made it really easy and quick. Drove the car, they appraised my trade, completed the sales agreem I was pressed for time and my sales person and team made it really easy and quick. Particularly when I compare this experience to one with another large twin cities franchise it was night and day better. The other franchise literally would not let me skip their sales steps and ultimately I just walked away.
