Tim was extremely easy to work with. He prepared the vehicle we wanted to test drive prior to arriving, and let us test drive as long as we wanted. No pressure, no hassle at all. I worked with JP at the service desk when I arrived at the dealer. JP was very apologetic for the delay and assured me he would get to me immediately when he did. He thanked me for patiently waiting and w the dealer. JP was very apologetic for the delay and assured me he would get to me immediately when he did. He thanked me for patiently waiting and worked on my paperwork. Immediately JP served with a smile, explained that, the car will need the 30,000 miles maintenance and indicated that there was a Special going for it he explained what the service entails. In the past when I have had oil change at the Subaru dealer they had provided great service. He asked if I would like to stay for it and Also let me know that they can provide Lyft service for me to take me home and bring me back when the car was ready. JP followed everything. He said he would do JP is professional And courteous. More
