Once they get your money, GOOD LUCK trying to get anyone to respond to calls or emails with an issue. Brought the car to my local Subaru, turns out the oil change wasn’t done properly. And they took it upon themselves to deal with Walser so I wouldn’t have to. Maybe it’d be different buying new, but if they can’t do a simple oil change right, I’d stay well clear of purchasing anything used. More

Brought my Subaru in for service before going out of town for a funeral. 200 miles into the trip the low oil light comes on. Next morning we checked the oil and there is no oil in the dip stick and we found for a funeral. 200 miles into the trip the low oil light comes on. So clearly no service was done to my vehicle while they had it for 6 hours and when I told them this the boy I spoke to didn’t believe it. On top of that, when I went to pick up my vehicle from the original service, they brought me the wrong car. Place is almost always empty so I don’t know what the confusion was about. I would rather blow my car up than let them ever touch my vehicle again. More
