I take my Subaru Crosstrek to Walser Burnsville for all my maintenance and am never disappointed. They are fast from check-in to check out and are very thorough. I dealt with salesman Carlos/Juan. He was attentive but messy. My email information has gotten mixed up somehow with another customer & keep getting emails about a Chevy 1500, which He was attentive but messy. Ultimately I came out of the whole transaction experience with Walser with the following sentiment. The dealership had a calibre of car that isn't congruent with Subaru as a brand & thus the purchasing of this albeit used, extremely rare version of an Audi, felt like I bought a mid spec Forester. Just for reference; the car arrived washed on the exterior but inside bearly any attention to detail was given. Straw wrappers, crumbs, finger prints marred the interior. Pretty disappointing. I can only hope that if some bought an STI S209 wouldn't be like this, say it ain't so. More
