brought in brand new car and left with a loaner I brought my brand new Forester in to have a Subaru remote starter installed. after waiting 2 hours for this simple job I was told my car had electric I brought my brand new Forester in to have a Subaru remote starter installed. after waiting 2 hours for this simple job I was told my car had electrical problems but I could bring it back on Monday to be fixed. I asked what did they mean it was a brand new car. the person helping me did not know exactly what was wrong. I refused to take a car that had electrical problems and was given a loaner car. I was asked not to smoke in the car. since I don't smoke that is not a problem. when I got in the loaner car it stunk like cigarette smoke and had pine needles all over the floor, a coat of dust on the dash. no one called me on Monday, on Tuesday my husband called and was told they had to special order a part and it would not be in until Friday. on Friday I received a call my car was ready. when I asked what was wrong in the first place I was told " your problem was you blew the fuse box. ". when I state that the mechanics had done this the person on the phone cont to say it was my problem. at this point my husband arrived at the dealership. they gave me a measly $60 off the installation. I am not sure I can trust my brand new car to keep working. I would never ever recommend these mechanics to work on a toy car let alone a real one. VERY POOR SERVICE More

I don't like white, black or green cars, he found me a beautiful Venetian Red, perfect for me!! Robert West took the time to help us find the car I wanted right down to the heated seats (live in MN need heated seats!). Even though it was raining and not a pleasant night to be out, Robert took us out on a great test drive and pointed out all the features of the Forester and gave me a chance to try them. By the time we finished up the test drive, I needed to have that Forester. I truly appreciate the service we received from Robert. More
