The only issue I felt could have been dealt with differently by them was the wear on the tires of the used car I purchased. I found out later that it's important on an AWD vehicle the tires should all be close to the same tread depth. One was a 1/32 away from being considered as "worn out", which means I'm a 32nd of an inch away from having to replace all 4 of them all, and I wasn't informed of this "little detail" by the salesmen. I had never owned a AWD before, so this was a new revelation to me. Other then that, the vehicle was in very good condition and I'm happy with the purchase. More

My car salesman gave me NO information on my new car, I did not want to deal with him he was only interested in the numbers not information on using the new car. I have bought 3 new cars and he was the did not want to deal with him he was only interested in the numbers not information on using the new car. I have bought 3 new cars and he was the worst one. He drove me home and only could talk about his family. I had to wait over 1 hour for the documents to print and they had my wrong address on them. He did not sit down to talk to me about the car only to walk around and talk to other people. More

Nick was great at assisting me and my wife with the ordering and purchase of our new Forester Hybrid. He answered all my questions respectfuflly and timely. He coordinated very well with Seamus in getting new info as we were one of the very first to order a hybrid. Seamus respectfully helped clarify a concern I had regarding charges, something I had misinterpreted. The whole process worked very well and we are very pleased withthe experience. Walker has always been great however This last visit was frustrating. I have been having trouble with the sound system in my 2025 Soleterra. The tech (not the women with great customer service) told me to frustrating. I have been having trouble with the sound system in my 2025 Soleterra. The tech (not the women with great customer service) told me to go to Toyota to get it fixed! My Question is “Why should I be going to another dealer to fix my car covered by original the warranty?(Mileage is under 6000). Shouldn’t the dealer take care of this or make an appointment with Toyota so communication is clear? I’m embarrassed to go into a dealer selling a different make of cars! If I even try to do this myself, Toyota won’t do due diligence on a repair if they didn’t sell me the car! This is a set up for further frustration. Walser used to do much better in service. More
