We had an outstanding experience at Walser Subaru. On the Friday of Memorial Day weekend, all our engine lights came on and our engine temp began to rise slightly. We were worried that our weekend would be ruined, as our household only has one vehicle. We were lucky enough to find Walser Subaru's website though, and found that they offered a 9am mechanic appointment the next day! We took our car in right away at 9am and the team got to work immediately. They even offered us a ride home until the work was done and sent a Lyft to pick us up when our car was ready for pickup just a few hours later! Service was prompt, courteous, and high-quality. The garage and waiting areas were immaculate and all of the staff were very professional and supportive. We will continue to take our Subaru to Walser or mechanical work. They saved our holiday weekend and took such great care of us! More
Went in for a scheduled oil change and the overall review of the car that goes with it. Check in was quick, the rep was very cordial. I received a text video of the tech checking everything. Walser always does right by me. I go to them exclusively for maintenance because they use Subaru parts. Their staff is polite and knowledgeable and they work pretty quickly -- especially if you book the service before hand. The waiting area is comfortable and I really like the text updates on my service while I wait! More

Scheduled a first ever oil change and tire rotation for my new Outback. Easy to schedule online. Services were performed as requested, plus a much needed car wash!
