The reason I am giving it two stars is because after about $2500 my air conditioning which they repaired is great so no complaints there but my windows still work erratically. I brought it in twice for them to fix and they did waive the labor but charged me $500 for the parts. I called Matt and told him I would bring it back in but I have been travelling and now I am just fed up and don't have time to bring it back. The windows sometimes work ok, then not at all, then I have to push the up button multiple times for it to close all the way to the top. This is on the driver side. The window on the front passenger side sometimes still doesn't work from my driver's side. I am not satisfied at all. It's a trek to keep returning it for another attempt to remedy the situation and thus far without permanent resolution. Ideally I would like my $500 back and just deal with the frustration that this brings. I have been a loyal customer and have bought 3 brand new Subarus from Walser and do all of my maintenance there. I’m writing to express concern about my recent purchase of a Subaru Outback on July 8. After reviewing my documentation, I noticed a discrepancy between the vehicle I was quoted and the one I ultimately pu of a Subaru Outback on July 8. After reviewing my documentation, I noticed a discrepancy between the vehicle I was quoted and the one I ultimately purchased, totaling an unexpected $1,395 difference. I specifically requested a silver Outback Premium with op13, which excludes a moonroof, and reiterated this in my email prior to finalizing the purchase. However, I was later informed by Brittney that the original vehicle was no longer available and that another was selected on my behalf. While I appreciate Brittney’s pleasant demeanor and her efforts to match the features, I believe this change should have been clearly communicated before the purchase—especially given the increased cost and difference in features. Although Mohsin, the sales manager, was kind enough to offer an apology, I was disappointed that no resolution was proposed. On Wednesday, July 30th at 9:30 AM, Mohsin emailed asking if Mr. Petersen, the General Manager, could call me at 10:30 AM. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that email until later in the afternoon. I responded at 3:38 PM the same day, requesting to continue the correspondence via email instead. Today is August 4th, and I’ve yet to receive any follow-up from Mr. Petersen or anyone else.
