While the buying experience was fine, I ran into problems after the purchase of my Honda Odyssey. Two weeks after I bought it, the van started making noises in the front end. I contacted the person the sales person I worked with during the purchase, and he never got back to me. I then contacted their general line, explained the issue, and they said someone from the service department would contact me to setup a time to look at it. After speaking with the service department I gave them a day/ time that worked for me to bring it in, and they said they would get back to me on it…after 36 hours, I’m still waiting for confirmation. The van is still making terrible noises. It’s very frustrating to pay more money for a used vehicle from a dealership to hopefully avoid surprise problems, yet still have it happen and then get ghosted by the employees. More
