Liked the buying experience. Angel Ramirez was great. Friendly and responsive. We HATED the hard sell on the warrantees. It felt aggressive. The aggressive approach totally took the joy out of buying the car. I'm sure the person doing the hard sell on the extra service coverage was only doing what he was trained to do. But it felt like he was instilling fear and trying to upsell us. I hate that. This is my first Subaru and I am happy to spend my money with this company who's mission align with my worldview. Please tone down the hard sell of the various extended warrantees. It's a total buzz kill and feels gross. I do love my new (2022) car and hope to drive it as long a I did my 2009 Honda. More
