I’m so disappointed. The dealership suspected there was an error with my final purchase agreement, then I left knowing they may discover an error. The next business day I The dealership suspected there was an error with my final purchase agreement, then I left knowing they may discover an error. The next business day I looked at the purchase price with all the fees and they didn’t add up correctly. I spoke with the Manager named Matt Meler. He said the $300. Difference I calculated was the dealerships fee on top of the purchase price. I explained that the sales associate never informed me of the fee nor did she point it out on the multiple pages I electronically signed. I only went home with a copy of the tax and fee amount but didn’t include their “fee”. He never apologized for her error. He really didn’t seem to care I have the email to prove it so buyers beware.
