Everything was great with our salesman Calvin and his managers. They gave us a very good price for the trade in, and refunded our extended warranty on the older car. They were polite and knowledgeable an managers. They gave us a very good price for the trade in, and refunded our extended warranty on the older car. The salesman was polite and knowledgeable about the vehicles but the pricing is a little bit higher than the market pricing and there’s no negotiation. Of course there is the normal pressure to get the vehicles but the pricing is a little bit higher than the market pricing and there’s no negotiation.
