Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told it would take about 50 minutes. So I waited at the dealership. I got a text saying I'd receive a video of the car inspection/work shortly. I never got a video and it took double the time to get my car back. It was slightly over 2 hrs with no explanation as to why. When I walked to my car I noticed bright green spray paint on one tire and the rim. I had to ask if it would come off. I shouldn't have to clean it up? Then when I got home I noticed that the tire actually appeared new so I checked the spare and saw that they had put my "used" tire there. I wasn't sure what was going on since my car is brand new. I was wondering if something bad had happened and that's why the service took so long with no communication? I called Kate back the next day and she explained that it's what they normally do. I'm appreciative of the free first 2 oil changes, and Kate was very nice- but I was left feeling like I'd rather just pay and go to Valvoline next time where I can see what's happening to my brand new car. More
I brought my car in to get my summer tires put on and was told my wheel was bent which was causing the tire not to hold air and was referred to a wheel repair shop. This shop discovered that there was a nail told my wheel was bent which was causing the tire not to hold air and was referred to a wheel repair shop. This shop discovered that there was a nail in the tire and that was the cause of the tire leaking air, not the bent wheel. It would've been helpful if the Subaru tech discovered the nail as the cause of the leak and not the bend in the wheel. This would've saved me money and time. More

While I did get the vehicle that I wanted, it was the most frustrating, inconvenient, and time consuming process. I’ve had to go back to the dealership several times to finalize the sale and the inconven most frustrating, inconvenient, and time consuming process. Something needs to change in the process so time isn’t wasted and there’s proper organization/flow. More
