The experience was really good at Walser Subaru. I stopped in after seeing Foresters on their website and there were some great incentives. I had been leaning towards a Nissan Rogue, and possibl I stopped in after seeing Foresters on their website and there were some great incentives. I had been leaning towards a Nissan Rogue, and possibly a CR-V, but am very glad I checked out the Forester. It's been great so far. What I really appreciated was working with A.J., a sales rep. Some places turn up the heat; you are inundated with texts, emails, pressured to add a warranty, but this was not the case. He knew the vehicle inside-out, and explained the features but was not pushy or overly aggressive. He was very helpful as I decided to purchase the vehicle and guide me through the financing, the plates, and the fine print. There's also a lot to be said about the dealership itself; some places are loud, noisy, and you feel like you are a number because they are overwhelmed. The showroom was well lit, comfortable, and also met the manager when I was finalizing everything. A really great experience. More
